In order to strengthen institutional activities and ensure holistic student development, specialized committees have been constituted. Staff members have been appointed as Secretaries and Members to lead these committees with clear responsibilities.

Key Instructions for Staff
1. Student Ratio

Each appointed staff member will head 25 students. One student should belong to only one committee.

2. Mentorship

Staff must take care of student attendance, discipline, motivation, and academic support.

3. Reporting

Monthly reports must be submitted without fail, detailing activities and outcomes.
