Located in Pappakovil on the Nagapattinam-Velankanni Highway, Sir Isaac Newton Educational Institutions were founded by the Thandapanipillai and Sons Educational and Charitable Trust. The Trust’s journey began in 2003 with the establishment of Sir Isaac Newton Catering College, which eventually expanded into various fields, including Medicine, Engineering, Polytechnic, Arts and Sciences, Paramedical, and Nursing.

Affiliated with The Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai, the college offers a 5.5-year Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (B.N.Y.S.) degree program. With an intake of 100 students annually, the institution is dedicated to delivering a thorough education in naturopathy and yogic sciences.
The institution is overseen by the Medical Division of the globally renowned Sir Isaac Newton Naturopathy and Yoga Medical College (SINNYMC). The Executive Secretary and Medical Director are responsible for envisioning and approving the institution's goals and progress, implementing them through the administrative framework of SINNYMC. This structure is led by the Principal, followed by the Administrative Officer, Superintendent, and other technical staff, ensuring the efficient operation and development of the institution.
